Hon’ble D. Jayakumar presented the budget for 2017-18. “A responsive Government must formulate and implement schemes aimed at enhancing the well-being of the people, alleviating their hardships and protecting the vulnerable among them. At the same time, it must also create an environment needed to enable high levels of economic growth that is inclusive and equitable.”
