Hon’ble V. R. Nedunchezhiyan presented the budget for 1994-95. “The new economic policy enunciated by the Centre in the wake of this major crisis incorporates some basic policies of stabilisation and structural adjustment. It has also envisaged a new long-term vision of economic growth. We share the same vision of prosperity and rapid economic growth.”
